How often do I need to clean/descale?

Nano, just like other water dispensers, requires regular cleaning and descaling. We suggest completing the cleaning/descaling process every 6 months. This will ensure the best water quality and a long lifetime for your Nano.
Check when cleaning is necessary
In the Q&C App, select device
Go to the Maintenance tab
Check the Next cleaning time
Important You can only get valid information if you always clean and descale your Nano via the Q&C App.
