Nano Firmware update (OTA)

We are continuously working on new updates for Nano. Updates bring new features and fix bugs. Some app features are only available with newer FW versions. Updating Nano is simple via OTA (On-The-Air). How to update Firmware

1. Go to the Q&C App and select the device you want to update

1. Go to Maintenance, tap

2. Push System Info

3. On the bottom, you can find the actual Firmware version

4. If a newer version is available, you will see an "Update Firmware" button

5. Push the button

6. The update will complete automatically within a few minutes

Info As soon as the FW update completes, you will receive a push notification if it’s accepted. Nano will restart automatically.
