Update, New Q&C App

If you have a Nano, purchased in May 2024 or earlier, the firmware version running on the machine is 4.3.9 or earlier. The new Q&C application no longer directly supports these firmware versions and therefore it is necessary to update them to at least version 4.4.0.

The following video shows the update process, which consists of 3 main steps:

1. Connect and update Nano to version 4.4.0

2. Connecting Nano to the new infrastructure

3. Update Nano to 4.4.4 or later
